Meet Baxter, a fawn Italian Greyhound with a big heart and a curious streak that keeps his parents smiling. Stacy and Steve recently moved to Hunter’s Creek, Florida, and wanted to celebrate both the holiday season and this new chapter with Baxter right by their side.
Their at-home session focused on the spaces that already feel like Baxter’s domain. From sunny stretches by the pool to slow loops around the backyard, he happily showed us all his favorite spots. True to his Italian Greyhound nature, Baxter kept a close watch on passing lizards and squirrels while soaking up the Florida sun, always checking back in with Mom and Dad.
As the session continued, the pace softened. Baxter traded exploration for affection, leaning into belly rubs and chin scratches with total contentment. To wrap things up, Stacy and Steve picked him up for a quiet walk through the neighborhood, an easy moment that felt perfectly in tune with this season of settling in and feeling at home.
