Retainers are non-refundable, as outlined in your contract.
Gift Certificates
Gift certificates may be purchased for personal use or as gifts.
All gift certificates are non-refundable and may not be exchanged for cash value.
They must be redeemed toward eligible Hot Dog! Pet Photography services or products.
Client Responsibilities
Clients agree to:

• Arrive on time to sessions
• Follow safety guidelines and location restrictions
• Secure venue permissions when needed
Model Releases & Use of Images
Photographs may be used in our portfolio, website, social media, displays, or promotional materials as permitted in the photography contract. If you have special concerns, please discuss them prior to your session.
Image Usage Rights
Purchased images are for personal use only and may not be sold, licensed, edited, or published without written permission.
High-resolution usage rights are detailed in your contract.
