There’s something extra sweet about photographing senior pups, especially when they’re as lively and lovable as Rosie and Emmy!

We met up with these 12-year-old sisters, a pit mix named Rosie and a border collie named Emmy, for a beautiful evening session at Newton Park in Winter Garden. It was the perfect location to match their personalities: open space for Emmy to sprint after her favorite ball, and peaceful shaded spots where Rosie could soak up cuddles from her parents, Tara and Brandon.

Emmy was a whirlwind of energy and smiles, zipping around with endless enthusiasm. Rosie, ever the gentle soul, was more than happy to stay close and enjoy quiet moments with her humans. The contrast between their personalities made for an incredible dynamic and some heart-melting portraits.
