"Tom and Erika were so prompt, friendly, professional and warm. Our nervous old man and kids were a lot to handle but it felt so great to know they would not be startled by his nervous barking and behavior. Glad to have some special memories with our old man celebrating his 12th birthday and with people who know how to handle the unexpected nature of pictures with animals! Highly recommend!"
